The Report a Refund button in the Quadpay app informs us when you have already returned part (or all) of your order to the merchant. It can take up to 13 days from the date that the merchant has issued a refund for your refund to process.
NOTE: This Report a Refund button is only intended for Quadpay app purchases. Purchases made through checkout will not be eligible for the Report a Refund function.
Here's how you can report your refund:
Step 1: Click on the Orders tab in the Quadpay App, locate your order either under Open or History, and tap on the Order.
Step 2: You will be brought to the Overview tab. Please click on the Details tab.
Step 3: This page will have information such as the Reference Number, Purchase Date and Status. Please click on the Report a Refund button at the bottom. You might have to scroll down if you don't see it.
Step 4: You will receive a message asking you to follow the merchant’s rules for return. When we get a notification from the merchant, our system will automatically refund the order. This screen will let the you know to return the item and follow the merchant’s refund procedures, keep the shipping ID and wait for the merchant to process a return/refund, and that once the return is complete, it will be reflected on your Quadpay order
Step 5: You should receive a confirmation that once the refund is processed by the merchant, we will refund the order. When you click done, the detailed order screen will now have the refund listed as In-progress.Here are the screens that you will see as you go through the Report a Refund process.
