Under new guidelines from California’s Department of Business Oversight, we have made updates to our fee structure for California residents.
Because of this change, we are refunding all installment fees and late fees paid by California consumers on QuadPay purchases on or before April 21, 2020, when this new ruling went into effect.
If you fall into this group, these fees have been returned to via refund to the original card on file. Note that each fee was reversed independently, which means you may see several refunds processed together. If we are not able to complete the refund, we will credit the amount against any open payment plans in your QuadPay account.
