In addition to your activity within the app, your total available balance may be adjusted for a variety of reasons, from the length of time you’ve been a QuadPay user to external factors like the current economic climate. The algorithm we rely on to consider all of these factors and determine your available balance is totally customized to your individual situation, and becomes savvier the longer you use our service.
As a result, balances vary from customer to customer and can change over time. At this time, we cannot manually override this process to increase or decrease your balance. If your balance has changed, we recommend checking back in a few days.
