Accounts that have past due installments are automatically sent to collections after a certain time period. This happens automatically by computer. Customer support agents do not have info as to when that will happen.
Accounts can become past due for a variety of reasons. Most of the time it's because a payment card on file expired, and the automatic installment payments couldn't be charged to the card.
How can I avoid being sent to collections?
Please make a payment as soon as you can to avoid being sent to collections. You can update your payment info and make payments through our app and in our customer portal.
QuadPay has a Customer Portal where customers can log in by entering just their mobile number or email address and have instant access to current orders. You can also see your past payments, and payments due.
Can I make a payment arrangement or a payment plan?
QuadPay already is an installment plan, so further payment plans are not possible.
