You may sometimes notice what looks like multiple charges on a successful order. You have not actually been charged multiple times. There are several reasons as to why this may have happened. Here are some of the following reasons:
- A successful order is placed after an unsuccessful order.
- If you place multiple purchase requests. Even if no order is placed as a followup.
- If our system is unsuccessful in its attempt to collect the first installment, and then succeeds soon after. Creating what looks like two first installment payments. But only one of the payments posted to an order.
All of these are pending charges and is something that will automatically be removed in 2 business days but can rarely take up to 10 business days.
