We have recently made changes to the way we handle phone number changes.
You can now update your phone number through the QuadPay Customer portal here.
Once at the customer portal, please click on "Login using email instead", enter the email address for the account you want to update the phone number on in the email form, and click on the button that says "send code" to receive your verification code.
The verification code will then be sent to the email address submitted. Please enter this verification code under the verification code form on the customer portal login page and click login to access your account.
Then click on dashboard, click edit next to your phone number under the personal information section, enter your new phone number in the mobile phone number form, click on send code, and enter the verification code that we sent to your new phone number as a SMS text message.
Once you have done this, you will receive notifications of this phone number change via your new phone number and the email address already on your account.
You can then login to QuadPay via the customer portal and the app using your new phone number.
